Monica has a strong background in high-risk investments. She is responsible for managing the company's overall operations. This includes delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategies, and communicating with the board. Monica is an incredible Managing Director. There’s no doubt Duncan Capital Investments would not have such an impressive portfolio without her.
DYLAN DUNCAN
Chief Finacial Officer
Dylan is a formidable member of our team.  Dylan retired from the United States Navy in 2020.  He is responsible for all of our financial records systems. He ensures that we are in compliance with all state laws & IRS accounting standards.  Dylan brings specific skills to the table, and always asks the right questions when evaluating a founding team.
MARCO NUNEZ
Chief Construction Officer
Marco has over a decade of senior construction management level experience.  He is responsible for all the activities within a site, including planning, directing, and coordination. He oversees all project design and monitors all inventories. He also interacts with clients, sets expectations, and tracks changes to the scope of work. He is an invaluable part of Duncan Capital Investments.
